The Container Exercise
The "Container" Exercise is a guided imagery technique used to "store away" some of your negativity so you can feel less overwhelmed in the moment and can work with it at a later time.
You should not listen to this while you are driving or using any kind of machinery.
Best to listen to this recording when alone, in a quiet space for about 1/2 hour.
