Hi. My name is Dave, and I welcome you to my Success Mindset Blog. I will be bringing a lot of new and very interesting information and therapeutic methods to help you not only to become more aware of those negative thoughts and beliefs that may be sabotaging you in the workplace (as well as in life in general) but it is also going to teach you how to release these negative thoughts and beliefs to free you up so you can be more successful in your workplace and happier and more fulfilled in life overall.
Like many people (or should I say everybody in one way or another), I got pretty screwed up mentally and emotionally when I was a kid. There was no physical abuse or sexual abuse, but boy, did I get more than my share of mental/emotional abuse.
Who knew that these issues would follow me throughout my life? In a sense, believe it or not, I am very grateful now (in some ways) that I got so screwed up. Because of that, my rather relentless search to learn how to get unscrewed up led me on a journey to find very effective ways to let go of my screwed-upness, and now I can help others let go of their screwed upness as well. And I love doing this. Not only do I love helping others release the issues that have been plaguing them all their lives, but I also love finding new, effective ways to permanently release one’s negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.
Because of my childhood, I was left with a lot of self-doubt and insecurity, leading to many self-destructive behaviors, because I didn’t feel I deserved anything more.
These negative thoughts and beliefs often originate from our negative life experiences as we grow up, particularly during our younger years. These negative thoughts and beliefs are not who we really are; they were given to us by these negative life experiences, and they have remained in our subconscious since they occurred and determine a great deal of our perceptions about the world and ourselves, affecting our behavior and our success in negative ways we aren’t even aware of a lot of the time.
This blog will not only help you become more aware of your negative thoughts and beliefs, but it will also teach you how to release these thoughts and beliefs, freeing you up to achieve greater success in your workplace and/or your life in general.
