Transformation Therapy and Coaching is a Holistic method focused on the goal of self-actualization in any area of your life on which you wish to work.

Self-actualization is described as “the process of becoming everything you are capable of being.” It is the realization or fulfillment of one’s talents, abilities, and potentials in any area of your life you want to develop.

For you to achieve self-actualization, your “ideal self” (i.e., who you would like to be) must be congruent with your actual beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Your negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings are blocking you from your “Ideal Self.”

To be congruent with your “Ideal Self,” or who you want to be, you must release the negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings blocking you from your Success and Happiness. The Therapies and Methods I use do just that.

You will realize that you have been living some aspects of your life unconsciously, based on old programming and old conditioning you may not even be aware of. But you don’t have to stay stuck in your past, trapped in the loop of negative thoughts, beliefs, and bad habits.

Transformation Therapy and Coaching is a process to uncover and release limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns causing internal conflict and dysfunctional relationships that cause stress, anxiety, fear, unhappiness, insecurity, and lack of direction, which have been holding you back in life.

That is not who you are. It is what happened to you!

And your old programming can be changed!

This type of therapy/coaching helps you activate your power, access your true potential, and make transformational changes in your life to start to create the life you desire.

Deborah’s Breaking Out

Deborah is in her late 30s and came in because of her feelings of anger, overwhelm, and discontent with different aspects of her life, especially her work situation.

She’s starting to realize she’s been doing things that are not what she wants to do, but, rather, what others think she “should” do.

She ended up getting a job working as an accountant for a large corporation. She doesn’t enjoy the job but stays there because it’s “safe” and “secure.” It has good benefits and provides a pretty good salary.

When we talked about her “Ideal Self” in this situation, she spoke of having her own accounting business with her own clients. But she gets fearful that she’s not going to be able to handle it, not be good at it, and even fail at it all together and then have nothing.

She also talked about more limiting beliefs such as, “I don’t deserve” (to be happy, to succeed on my own, etc.), and “I’m not good enough” (to have my own business, be successful, etc.).

“Other people can have it; why can’t I?”

We began by working on releasing some of her anger and overwhelm regarding her current situation. When these issues subsided, we focused more specifically on her negative thoughts and beliefs, causing some of her fears that she wouldn’t be successful at having her own business, that she didn’t deserve, that she wasn’t good enough, etc.

During her processing with the Brainspotting, she realized that these negative feelings and beliefs came from her mother. She was regularly told that she would never amount to anything and needed a man to take care of her.

As her sessions continued, she released more and more of the negative conditioning given to her by her upbringing and, as a result, became more confident and comfortable envisioning herself as being happy, prosperous, and financially free.

Over time, she gained enough confidence to start her own accounting business on the side, one client at a time, while still working for the corporation and being quite successful with attracting new clients because of the many contacts she’s had in the business over the years.

The last time I spoke with Deborah, she told me that her dreams were coming true and that she feels very good and confident that she will be able to quit working for the corporation very soon.

We talk. We figure out what your blocks to your Happiness and Success are. We release those blocks. You walk out of therapy happier and feeling much more confident about being successful.

We will explore:

  • What is your “Ideal Self” in that area(s) you want to work on?
  •  What is blocking you from achieving your goals to get you Where You Want to Be?
  • What is your Resistance (negative thoughts/beliefs) to getting to Where You Want to Be?
  • Do you have any Fear(s) about becoming happier and more successful (i.e., Fear of losing relationships in the office, at home, socially, etc.)?
